he Jolly Drayman is run by Kate and Charlie and serves a good selection of hand pumped real ales along with a large selection of other beers. The Drayman also boasts a well stocked cellar of fine wines and spirits.


The bar is a traditional oak beamed 'country' style bar with plenty of seating and bar space.

long with the extensive programme for building the Hotel and Restaurant, a 'conservatory' has been added to the front of the bar. This gives access to the Hotel and Restaurant without going outside and also is a much appreciated add on to the main bar, with bar stools and tables and chairs all set in a light friendly atmosphere.

For the gambling types amongst us, there is a fruit machine in one corner  ---  give it a go, you might find you can buy a round for free!!

rom the picture opposite, you can see the newly built extension, which gives access to and from the Restaurant, Hotel and pub.

The doorway on the left leads to the car park and the far door leads to the Restaurant and Hotel.

The roof is partly glass giving a light airy atmosphere, making the whole area cool and spacious.

uring the day and early evenings, bar meals and snacks are served in the pub, just ask at the bar for a menu.
